One year after Kosovo declared its independence from Serbia, the Kosovar Albanian citizens celebrate the first anniversary waving Kosovar, Albanian and USA flags. While Pristina holds a solemn session of the Kosovaro Parliament, some members of Parliament and Ministers from Serbia organize an extraordinary reunion to Zvecan, in the north of Mitrovica, to discuss on a declaration confirming Serbia's sovereignty throughout Kosovo. To one year from independence the new country is recognized from 54 of 192 countries of the United Nations.
